Information we collect
- Contact and order information, such as name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, and items purchased
- Limited transaction information supplied by our payment provider; we do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers
- Messages, return requests, reviews, and other information you send to us
- Technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed, and cookies or similar data used for security, operation, and measurement
Google Ads API and OAuth data
When an authorized account owner connects the AIO Agent app, operated by African Origin Imports, Google OAuth allows the application to access the Google Ads accounts that person is permitted to manage. The application may access customer and manager account identifiers, account settings, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, recommendations, and performance metrics.
We use this Google Ads data only to provide account reporting, prepare advertising drafts, validate proposed changes, and carry out account-management actions approved by the authorized user. We do not sell Google user data or use it to build unrelated advertising profiles.
Google data storage, sharing, and deletion
OAuth credentials and access tokens are kept in restricted secret storage and are used only to operate the application. Account configuration and reports may be retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve errors, and comply with law.
Google Ads data may be processed by service providers that help us securely host, maintain, or operate the application, only for those purposes and subject to appropriate restrictions. It is not sold. You can revoke the application's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions, and you may request deletion of data we control by contacting us.
How we use information
- Process and deliver orders and provide transaction updates
- Respond to questions, returns, disputes, and customer-service requests
- Protect the store and customers from fraud, misuse, and security threats
- Maintain and improve the website, products, and customer experience
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations
- Send marketing only where permitted; you may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time
When information is shared
We may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that support payments, website hosting, email, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, security, and professional advice. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. Service providers may process information under their own privacy notices as well as their agreements with us.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, fraud prevention, and legal or tax records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to identity verification and legal recordkeeping requirements. You can block cookies through browser settings, although parts of the site may work differently.
Children and policy updates
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the store or applicable requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
