Using the store
You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order or contacting us. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use the store for fraudulent activity.
Ads Automation application
The AIO Agent app is an internal business tool operated by African Origin Imports for users who are authorized to access the connected Google Ads account. It may read account and campaign information, prepare reports and drafts, validate proposed changes, and apply account-management actions approved by an authorized user.
You must have permission to connect and manage every Google Ads account you authorize. You remain responsible for reviewing advertising copy, targeting, keywords, budgets, landing pages, and policy compliance before approving a live change. Drafts and automated recommendations do not guarantee approval, delivery, placement, traffic, sales, or any other result.
Google authorization and account control
Google account access is granted through Google's OAuth process and is governed by Google's applicable terms in addition to these terms. You may revoke the application's access through your Google Account permissions. We may suspend the application if access is unauthorized, security is at risk, or continued operation would violate law or platform policy.

Products and handmade variation
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph every item accurately. Because pieces are handmade, vintage-inspired, or produced from natural materials, color, weave, grain, measurements, and finish may vary slightly. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear.
Products and variations are offered subject to availability. Displaying an item does not guarantee that it remains in stock.
Prices, orders, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is accepted. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment when online checkout is available.
An automated receipt confirms that we received the order; it does not require us to accept it. We may cancel and refund an order for inventory errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment problems, or legal and delivery restrictions.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Ownership
The website design, text, photographs, logos, and other store content are owned by African Origin Imports or used with permission. You may view the site for personal shopping purposes but may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as available without warranties beyond those expressly stated. African Origin Imports is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
