Where we ship
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available delivery methods and charges are shown before payment. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about a destination.
Processing and delivery timing
Orders normally ship within 2–4 business days after payment is approved. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not business days.
Standard transit generally takes an additional 3–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and remote-area or carrier delays may add time.
Rates and free shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is $12 when the merchandise subtotal is below $150 after discounts and before taxes. Standard U.S. shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $150 or more. Any upgraded service is displayed before payment.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided with the order. Contact us immediately if the delivery address needs to change. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfillment.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If tracking has not moved or the package has not arrived seven calendar days after the estimated delivery date, email us with the order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
For an item damaged in transit or an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate.
